Welcome to our online survey on Computer-Based Telephony!
An online survey has been created as part of a Master’s thesis on Usability for VoIP applications. The particular study is part of the InfraHIP project and aims at understanding user preferences and practices related to Internet Telephony (e.g. using Skype, Messenger or similar to call other people).
Filling in the survey should take approximately 10 min of your time. No technical expertise is required. The language of the questionnaire is English
