Helsinki Institute for Information Technology HIIT's new video on the 3D CityWall multi-touch display has drawn over 250 000 viewers. Several international IT media have embedded the YouTube video on their website.
The video has attracted viewers particularly in the USA, Russia, Finland, South korea and Brazil.
CityWall video was released on HIIT's new YouTube channel HIITTV. HIITTV is a new media to tell globally on the future IT research in HIIT.
Last week Helsinki Institute for Information Technology HIIT launched a new, 3D version of CityWall. CityWall is a large multi-touch display that supports large numbers of users on displays simultaneously. CityWall's 3D version has been taken in use at Lasipalatsi, centre of Helsinki, Finland. CityWall is partially build on technology of Multitouch.fi.
Helsinki Institute for Information Technology HIIT conducts world-class research on future information technology. HIIT is a joint research institution of Helsinki University of Technology TKK and the University of Helsinki.
