Description: 

University of Helsinki's root certificate (HY-CA) expires at 2011-01-18 12:00. Due to this all HY-CA signed certificates wiill be replaced with ones signed by TERENA. When replacing there's a short break in the following services:

list.it.hiit.fi
psirp.hiit.fi (a.k.a. psirp.org)
survey.hiit.fi
vcs.hiit.fi
wiki.hiit.fi
www.hiit.fi
www.fe.hiit.fi
www.it.hiit.fi

Authentication services

find.it.hiit.fi
lose.it.hiit.fi
rad-proxy.fe.hiit.fi (this certificate will be replaced with one signed by HYAD-CA)

Description: 

Missing root certificates caused TLS connections to LDAP servers to fail. This caused all authentication request to fail and thus prevented e.g. SSH logins to universe.

Certificates went missing during the configuration for preparation HY-CA expiration due to configuration mistake.
