Description: 

Shell server will be replaced with a new virtual server. Users can log back to new server soon after the shutdown of the old one.

Update at 08:27: New shell.hiit.fi is up and running.

Server crash due to unknown reason.

Pending updates and firmware upgrades will be installed during the break.

Update at 20:27: finglas.it.hiit.fi and thus vcs.hiit.fi is up and running.

Update at 20:37: terae and thus cosco-demo and universe are up and running.

Server operating system upgrade from Debian Lenny to Debian Squeeze. Firmware upgrades will also be installed.

The break is likely to be shorter than announced.

Update at 10:58 Break was cancelled due to the problems and overdue of earlier elrond.it.hiit.fi  upgrade.

Description: 

Server operating system upgrade from Debian Lenny to Debian Squeeze. Server firmware upgrades will also be installed.

Confluence wiki will be upgraded later.

Update at 9:55: The break will continue until 10:30.

Update at 10:25: Problems with Tomcat configuration. The break is extended until 11:30.

Update at 10:43 platform upgrade was rollbacked because of Tomcat configuration problems. Operations restored.
